Your initial exam will include:

NERVE EVALUATION

We will preform a spinal scan using infrared thermography to locate irritated spinal nerves.

MUSCLE EVALUATION

We will locate imbalance and tension in the spinal postural muscles using surface electromyography.

DOCTOR’S EXAM

Dr. Nikolai will perform any other exams needed to identify the root cause of your health concerns.

DIGITAL X-RAYS

If necessary, we will take digital images of the spine to analyze the structure.

YOUR RESULTS

You will get a copy of your assessments before you leave.

REPORTING OF FINDINGS

At a follow up visit, Dr. Nikolai will review the findings, recommendations, and financials for care.

There is NO COST for the follow up visit if you do not start care.

  • This depends on your specific health insurance and benefits. Typically, an adjustment will range from $0-50.

  • Yes, we accept most insurances that cover chiropractic care. We are in network with Aetna, Cigna, Medicare, United Healthcare, UMR, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. We will complete a complimentary benefits check to let you know exactly what to expect.

  • You can expect your first visit and evaluation to take approximately 45 minutes.

    The follow up report of findings appointment will take around 20 minutes.

    An average adjustment visit will take under 10 minutes.

  • This depends on your health history and the outcome of your initial assessments. X-Rays allow us to see the structure of the spine. To see is to know, therefore they are very important to gauge the health of your spine. Diagnostic tools like x-rays also help to understand any limitations or complications to starting care. If you have spinal images. feel free to bring them with you on your first visit.
